Teresa Seeman-Buck,TCRG

Teresa has been passionate about Irish Dance for over 35 years. Throughout her accomplished competitive career, she placed in the top three in the Midwest Region, earned multiple North American awards, and qualified for the World Championships numerous times. After retiring from competition, she shifted her focus to teaching dance and pursued a degree in Elementary Education.

Following graduation, Teresa served as a Preschool Director and Teacher  for two years before starting her own family. She shared her love for Irish Dance by teaching alongside Tim O'Hare for 13 years before embarking on a new journey with the MacConmara Academy in 2009.

Teresa is a certified Irish Dance instructor through the Irish Dancing Commission in Dublin, Ireland, and is a registered teacher with both the Mid-America Region and the North American Irish Dance Teachers Association.

Her passion for dance and dedication to her students inspire them to reach their full potential. With a strong foundation that her parents and dance teacher instilled in her,  Teresa helps her students achieve their personal and competitive goals with confidence and determination.

Marcus Maloney, ADCRG & TCRG- Workshop Teacher (since 2009)

Marcus started dancing at five years of age with the O’Shea Irish Dance School in Dublin. During his competitive career he went on to win five Leinster titles, the Great Britain title and North American title before retiring in 2004, ranking Second at the All-Ireland and World Championships. Marcus gained his Irish Dance Teachers Exam (TCRG) in 2004 and currently teaches and assists at workshops worldwide.

Since graduating from Trinity College Dublin in 2004 with an honours degree in Business and Economics, Marcus has been performing full-time. Highlights include Lord of the Dance, Busch Gardens and multiple years with Riverdance. In 2010, 2011 and 2012 Marcus was the choreographer and Assistant Director of Celtic Fyre at Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, USA.
